VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A Newport News woman was arrested after firing shots and attempting to evade a traffic stop overnight on Friday, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
On Feb. 13, officers responded to the 800 block of Hampstead Court for a ShotSpotter alert at approximately 1:10 a.m.
