HAMPTON, Va. — A crash caused major delays for drivers heading through the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel on Monday morning, but the scene has since been cleared.
According to traffic officials, the incident happened on I-64 eastbound in Hampton at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. While all eastbound lanes were temporarily closed as crews responded, lanes have now reopened.
