NORFOLK, Va. — Firefighters responding to a smoke investigation early Friday morning discovered a house fire in Norfolk’s Ocean View neighborhood.
A crew was dispatched just after 2 a.m. to the area of Grove Avenue and East Ocean View Avenue. Upon arrival in the 1700 block of East Ocean View Avenue, crews found a home on fire and upgraded the call to a full structure fire response.
