NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — More than 5,000 customers were without power in Norfolk Tuesday morning as crews worked to restore service.
According to Dominion Energy, thousands of customers in the Ocean View and Bay View areas of the city lost power around 10:30 a.m. The outage was caused by failed equipment.
Crews responded quickly and were about to restore power to customers within ten minutes.
