Hampton City Schools propose staff raises, no increase in health premiums in budget

HAMPTON, Va. — The Hampton City School Board on Wednesday got its first look at the superintendent’s proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

The proposed operating fund budget totals just over $325.1 million. The total for all funds is $369.6 million.
