CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Three people have been displaced after a house fire in Chesapeake ripped through their home on Thursday.
The Chesapeake Fire Department said they were called to the 1900 block of Land of Promise Road around 4 p.m. Thursday. When they arrived, they found smoke and flames showing from the one-story home.
