NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Norfolk Police Department is investigating a fatal motorcycle incident at the intersection of Terminal Boulevard and Ruthven Road late Saturday night.
According to officials, officers were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash at 11:05 p.m. involving a motorcycle Saturday night.
