NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man was shot on Lincoln Street in Norfolk Tuesday evening, police said.
Norfolk Police said they are investigating a shooting in the 700 block of Lincoln Street. Police said a man was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
