ISLE OF WIGHT, Va. — The superintendent of Isle of Wight County Schools announced Wednesday that he plans to step down at the end of the current school year.
In a message shared with students, staff, families and community members, Superintendent Theo L. Cramer said he will conclude his service after the school year ends, following what he described as careful reflection.
