NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — With uncertain times and a lot of global conflict, Global Threats Solution security consultant Cliff Lent has this message for people: be aware of your surroundings, especially if you are wearing a uniform.
“Any military service member overseas, if there is a heightened threat level, we’re asked not to wear our uniforms off base,” Lent said. “We always wear our uniforms when we’re working, but we don’t wear them when we’re traveling out.”
