NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A woman was hurt following a shooting Sunday afternoon on Forest Lake Court, according to the Newport News Police Department.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Forest Lake Court in reference to reports of shots fired at approximately 4:35 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a woman in a parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
