NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — A grand jury has certified charges against a man accused of a deadly shooting at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News late last year.
On the morning of November 29, 2025, police were called to one of the mall’s stores, where they found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim, 26-year-old Diamante Tre’veon Neal of Newport News, later died at the hospital.
