YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY) — Three people were arrested after syringes and drug paraphernalia were discovered in a pickup truck Saturday morning in Yorktown, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy observed a Ford pickup truck illegally parked in the National Park Service picnic area at approximately 7:50 a.m. and initiated contact with the three occupants of the vehicle.
