VIRGINIA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man who has not been seen since last week.
According to Portsmouth police, 64-year-old Timothy Stevens was last seen on April 17 in the 900 block of London Boulevard.
Stevens is described as a Black man with brown eyes, short gray hair, and a short gray beard. He stands approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds…
