YORK COUNTY, Va. — A Gloucester County man has been charged following a hit-and-run crash that injured a child Friday night in York County, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 8:14 p.m. on Saturday to the intersection of Route 17 and Goosley Road after reports that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle that left the scene.
