JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY)– A second suspect has been arrested following a shooting at an apartment complex in James City County.
Andre Ladaryl Jones, 40, was arrested in connection to the shooting that occurred in the 7900 block of Sterling Court on April 27. Police believe the incident began because of an argument between Jones and 29-year-old Chace Anthony Roberts that later escalated into an exchange of gunfire.
Roberts was arrested on April 28.
Jones faces the following charges in connection to this shooting:
- Reckless handling of a firearm
- Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
- Shooting into an occupied dwelling
- Use of a firearm in the commission of a felony
He is currently being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail without bond…
