SUFFOLK, Va. — A man is dead and another man is in custody after a shooting in Suffolk just after midnight Monday, according to the Suffolk Police Department.
Police said officers responded around 12:49 a.m. on May 25 to the 200 block of Woodrow Avenue for a reported shooting.
