NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Don’t tell Larry Estes malls aren’t cool anymore.
The owner of Cool & Eclectic on the first level of MacArthur Center, he’s lamenting the inevitable — the downtown mall’s impending closure this coming weekend.
