NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A couple of days after the MacArthur Center in Downtown Norfolk is set to officially close, two floors of its parking garage will too.
The City notified the public on Friday that beginning June 29, the 4th and 5th floors of the MacArthur North and the MacArthur South Garages will close.
