NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Norfolk Police Department is asking for help from the public in locating a missing woman.
According to officials, 41-year-old Latasha Lavone Evans was last seen in the 6600 block of Hudson Avenue around 7:55 p.m. on Friday, July 10.
