Blood evidence from NN double-murder defendant’s home connected to victim

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Blood recovered from the living room of Carlos Johnson, Jr. virtually matches one of the victims in his double murder trial, according to a forensic scientist who testified Tuesday.

Johnson has been charged with first-degree murder in the presumed deaths of his infant daughter Chloe and her mother Keir Johnson.

They disappeared April 30, 2017, and were never heard from again.
