NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Plans are moving forward to return hundreds of parking spots to the area surrounding Harbor Park.
Tuesday, City Council voted to add nearly $3 million to the nearly $15.8 million already approved for a new 400-to-500 space multi-level garage on the corner of East Street and East Main Street.
