VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A man has died after a three-vehicle crash allegedly involving street racing on westbound I-64 at Independence Boulevard on Oct. 30, according to Virginia State Police (VSP).
Police responded around 10:58 p.m., and the preliminary investigation revealed that a Dodge Charger was traveling at high speed and allegedly racing another vehicle when it struck an Infiniti Sedan.
