HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) – Several coastal resiliency projects are underway in Hampton Roads, all to help with our rising tides. Tuesday, the city of Norfolk and the Army Corps of Engineers provided an update on the work taking place over the next decade to help preserve the region’s coastlines.
