Attorney and author Bernice A. King will be the keynote speaker at Old Dominion University’s 40th annual Martin Luther King Jr. observance.
King, who serves as CEO of the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change, will speak 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Chartway Arena, 4320 Hampton Blvd., Norfolk.
