VIRGINIA BEACH — Police arrested and charged a man in connection with a woman’s death on Friday afternoon.
At 12:20 p.m., dispatchers received a call from a resident in the 600 block of Oleander Circle who found bullet holes in their property, according to a release. That’s in the Fairfield neighborhood, near Taylor’s Do It Center and off Lord Dunmore Drive.
