CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — An overnight vehicle accident caused a road closure at Sams Circle.
According to officials, the eastbound lanes of Sams Circle are closed after a vehicle crash resulted in a downed power line. This is right off of N Battlefield Boulevard in front of the Walmart and Sams Club.
Crews with Dominion Energy are currently at the scene to perform repairs. A detour is currently in place…
