STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Nearly two weeks after a New York man was arrested on similar charges, four Norfolk men are behind bars after authorities said they tried to carry out a fraud hustle at several Wawa stores in Northern Virginia over the weekend.
On Sept. 6, just after midnight, deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) responded to the Wawa convenience store in the 3000 block of Richmond Highway after a report of suspicious activity.
