CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — The Chesapeake Police Department request the public’s assistance in the search for a man who robbed a bank Tuesday morning.
According to Chesapeake Police, the suspect has been identified as Carlos Nixon Jr. The robbery took place at Southern Bank in 3343 Western Branch Boulevard at 9:45 a.m. Nixon approached a bank teller, demanding money from the drawer after threatening to have a gun. Nixon Jr. later ran with an unknown amount of money.
