VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) —Virginia Beach firefighters and emergency service workers gathered Friday to celebrate the life of Charles Gurley, who dedicated decades of his life to community service.
Gurley was honored for his 39 years of professional service and more than 4,000 volunteer hours with the Virginia Beach Fire Department.
