CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – A head-on collision resulted in a death after a driver was driving the wrong direction on I-464 southbound near Military Highway Sunday morning, according to Virginia State Police.
The accident happened around 2:33 a.m., involving a private ambulance company and another vehicle.
