NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Crews with Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to a house fire on Sheppard Avenue early Thursday morning.
According to officials, just before 3 a.m., crews were dispatched to the 1200 block of Sheppard Avenue for reports of a residential structure fire. This is near Chesapeake Boulevard.
