Teacher Abby Zwerner wins $10 million from assistant principal who ‘refused to search the 6-year-old boy who shot her’

A JURY has found a former elementary school assistant principal liable for the shooting of a teacher by a six-year-old student.

Ebony Parker was ordered to pay teacher Abby Zwerner $10 million after a the first-grade teacher was shot by a young student.

Parker worked as the assistant principal of Richneck Elementary School in Newport News, Virginia, where former teacher Abigail Zwerner was shot.
