Arrest made in shooting that injured 15-year-old in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. — A Suffolk man is facing charges following a shooting last week that injured a 15-year-old boy in Norfolk.

Norfolk police said officers were called to the 7400 block of Fenner Street around 7:15 p.m. on Monday, November 10, for a report of a gunshot victim. Arriving officers found the boy suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot. He was taken to the hospital to be treated for the non-life-threatening injury

While investigating, police learned that around 7:30 p.m., a 20-year-old man arrived at Sentara Leigh Hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. He reported that he had been shot in Virginia Beach, but investigators said he was actually injured in connection with the Fenner Street shooting…
