NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Keep Norfolk Beautiful will be hosting the Elves Around the City event on Dec. 19, according to the City of Norfolk.
Elves Around the City consists of three pop-up litter cleanups at three locations across the city. Participants are encouraged to dress up in holiday-themed outfits during the event. After participantsregister, they will also receive one free drink ticket. Keep Norfolk Beautiful recommends all attendees wear closed-toe shoes.
The event will take place at the following locations and times on Dec. 19:
- City Hall at 810 Union St, from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
- Kroc Center at 1401 Ballentine Blvd, from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
- Lafayette Park at 3500 Granby St, from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
