Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) in Norfolk, Virginia, will end all bus, light rail, ferry, paratransit, and OnDemand ridesharing services earlier than usual on Monday, December 8, 2025, due to wintry weather. The last Tide Light Rail trains will leave between 7:20 p.m. and 7:26 p.m. The final Elizabeth River Ferry trip will depart at 7:45 p.m. Paratransit and OnDemand rides will not be available after 8 p.m. Base Express and customer service centers will operate on their regular schedules.
