PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Fire crews responded to a residential structure fire late Monday night in Portsmouth.
According to Portsmouth Fire Rescue & Emergency Services, units were dispatched at approximately 10:39 p.m. on Monday to the 4400 block of South Street. Crews from the Chesapeake Fire Department also assisted in the response.
