HRS: Serving the under-represented homeless population

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – For nearly ten years, the H.O.P.E Foundation has been dedicated to serving the unhoused community in Hampton Roads by providing important resources and services, like home-cooked meals, substance abuse counseling, GED and skilled training, and so much more. Sylvia Paige-Boone is the co-director, Mary Norris is a volunteer, and Patrick Mcbrayer is a community partner with the H.O.P.E foundation, and they joined HRS with more on their mission.
