CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY)– A teen is hurt after colliding with a car while riding a scooter in Chesapeake.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of Volvo Parkway and Greenbrier Parkway at 8:37 a.m. for the report of a pedestrian crash.
