VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Police are investigating a crash involving a school bus Thursday afternoon on Witchduck Road.
Emergency Communications and Citizen Services received a report in reference to a crash in the 200 block of Witchduck Road at approximately 2:20 p.m.
