NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) – A driver of a Purdue tractor-trailer has died after going over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel early Sunday morning, according to WVEC.
Authorities say the single-vehicle crash happened around 6:30 a.m. near the North Channel Bridge, just south of Fisherman’s Island, according to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel District.
