Norfolk shooting leaves 15-year-old boy injured, police say

NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are investigating a shooting that left a teenager injured Saturday night.

Officers responded just after 9:10 p.m. to the 900 block of Briar Hill Road for a report of a gunshot victim. When they arrived, they found a 15-year-old male with a single gunshot wound.

Police said the injury appears to be non-life-threatening. The teen was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment…
