VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Aragona Village, named for the late developer John Aragona, is a neighborhood that’s showing its age. Built in six sections beginning in 1955, it was an ideal location, halfway between the Oceanfront and Norfolk. More than 60 years later some homes are unoccupied and several are under renovation.
And now, police in Virginia Beach are investigating a report Tuesday of a Peeping Tom incident that happened in the Aragona section of the city. Another resident, who did not want to be identified, was unaware of the report. Police say this is an active investigation.
