NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — New security gate hours will take effect Friday, March 6, 2026, at Naval Station Norfolk.
The hours may adjust based on installation population and traffic conditions, according to officials.
The following hours:
Gate 1:
- Inbound: 0500-0900
- Outbound: 1500-1700
Gate 2 & Gate 3A:
- Open 24/7
Gate 4:
- 0500-1900
Gate 5:
- Inbound: 0500-1400
- Outbound: Only until 1900
Gate 6:
- Inbound: 0500-1300
- Outbound: Only until 1900
Gate 10:
- Closed/Secured
Gate 22:
- 0500-1900
