VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A 66-year-old man has died after a crash involving an e-bike and a vehicle Thursday, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
Police say the crash happened around 1:50 p.m. in the 4300 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard.
