Virginia Beach SPCA seeks home for Feisty, the last dog from Tennessee neglect case

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach SPCA has one dog left for adoption from a neglect situation back in September.

In September 2025, 200 dogs were found neglected at a property in Giles County, Tennessee.
