VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree murder and use of a firearm in connection with the shooting death of her father, court records show.
In court, the Commonwealth amended Mulligan’s original first-degree murder charge to second-degree murder as part of a plea agreement.
