(KRON) — Emergency dispatchers recently received a 911 call from a witness in Vacaville who reported that a man was exposing himself while watching children playing nearby.
The witness yelled at the man, “I’m gonna call the cops,” and he walked away. Vacaville Police Department officers responded to the area and found the suspect in Ulatis Library.
