(KRON) — The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old girl who disappeared more than a week ago. She is considered at risk due to her age.
OPD said Evelynn Valdez was last seen around 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, in the 900 block of 75th Avenue. At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing a white hoodie and blue jeans.
Valdez is described by police as a Hispanic female, 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes.
