(FOX40.COM) — A Rio Vista woman was found dead in a Contra Costa County jail less than 12 hours after her arrest, prompting an investigation.
The woman, identified by the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office as 59-year-old Robi Lynn Perley, was taken into custody Thursday by the Antioch Police Department on an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence and violating her probation.
